About a year ago Apple had announced iPad which was one of the most sold gadgets in 2010 and from past several months we are hearing the rumors of the launch of iPad 2 which would have many new features.An now Kevin Ross the founder of Digg has mentioned that iPad 2 will be announced by Apple on 1st Feb.A source close to him has good authority and has mentioned iPad two is coming soon and the most expected date is February 1st.

y that Apple will be announcing the iPad 2 in the next “3-4 weeks”, possibly Tuesday February 1st. The iPad 2 will feature a retina display and front/back cameras.
If you’re thinking of buying an iPad, hold off for now.
KevinUPDATE: Spoke w/another source, the display has a “higher dpi”, but not technically a retina display. This seems odd to me, we’ll have to wait and see.
Well don’t get too excited because of the Ross’s claims as he has thrown some incorrect rumors many times on the air.As he had mentioned false claims about the Apple TV before which were no way near the original thing.
Although iPad 2 is expected to be announced sooner rather than later.The device will have many new features as it would have both front facing and rear camera , Retina Display and many new features in it.
